Marvel Two-In-One #41 (July 1978) continues the Bronze Age team-up format built around Ben Grimm, the ever-lovin' Thing, pairing him for a single issue with a rotating cast of Marvel heroes and villains in a done-in-one adventure typical of the series' mid-run output. Like most issues in this title outside of the handful with major first appearances or landmark creator runs, #41 functions as connective tissue in the Thing's larger publishing history rather than as a stand-alone milestone, produced by Marvel's dependable Bronze Age bullpen of the era.
