Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning script, with Paul Neary contributing to the story, and Geoff Senior supplies interior art and a wraparound cover — a pairing that defined much of the Marvel UK line's house style before the imprint contracted. Supporting cast members Tuck and Bezial carry over from the Death's Head II ongoing, and the Hulk appears as the marquee Marvel guest, part of the deliberate strategy of anchoring UK-originated properties to established American headliners.

Market profile here is that of a late Marvel UK back-issue rather than a collectible with independent demand.
