Avengers Spotlight #32, cover dated May 1990, sits in the stretch of the title that followed its rename from Solo Avengers and continued the format of a lead Hawkeye story backed by a second feature. The lead, "Terminizer!", is written by Steve Gerber with pencils by Al Milgrom, pitting Clint Barton against a new costumed antagonist; the backup continues Fabian Nicieza and Dan Lawlis's U.S.Agent serial "The Xenophobic Man," a topical street-level story built around anti-immigrant violence. James Fry and Brad Vancata supply the cover, and Mark Gruenwald edited under Tom DeFalco's editorship.
