Avengers Spotlight #21 (August 1989) is the first issue released under the new series title, picking up the numbering of Solo Avengers rather than restarting it. Neither group pays a premium, and there is no media catalyst attached to this specific issue.

Collecting outlook is stable and modest. Across low and mid grades the book behaves as bulk inventory, where condition matters less than availability and shipping cost frequently exceeds the copy's value; the practical buyer is a run collector filling a gap. At the top of the scale, certification is a cost-driven exercise rather than a value play, and any premium reflects the expense of grading plus the scarcity of anyone bothering to submit. Dealers are best served treating this as a title-transition curiosity worth noting on the card, priced accordingly, with upside limited to whatever attention the broader Hawkeye market attracts.
