X-MEN #67

This is a pre-1977 book so no direct/newsstand distinction applies. Cover shows moderate wear consistent with a well-handled Bronze Age comic: visible spine stress lines and a few small ticks along the spine, slight corner blunting at top right and bottom right, and minor surface scuffing near the logo. There is light discoloration/soiling along the left edge and top border, with no major tears, creases, or color breaks observed. Interior pages and back cover were not assessed.

X-Men #67 marks a turning point in the franchise's early history: with original stories no longer commercially viable, Marvel cancelled new content after issue #66 and converted the book into an all-reprint title beginning here. From this issue through #93 the series reran classic Silver Age adventures of Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Angel, Iceman and Professor X, keeping the property in print and on the stands during the years before the 1975 relaunch that would remake the team. As the first of that reprint run, it holds a documented place in the publishing chronology that led to the modern X-Men.
