Terror Inc. #12 falls late in the thirteen-issue Marvel series that carried Shreck, the dismemberment-driven mercenary developed in the Shadowline imprint, into the mainstream Marvel Universe. D.G. Chichester wrote the run from the first issue, with Bret Blevins supplying the cover here and interior chores handled by the rotating team of the book's final stretch. This installment is the fourth chapter of "For Love Nor Money," the six-part 1993 crossover that ran through Cage, Silver Sable and the Wild Pack, and Terror Inc., pitting the three leads against one another over the artifact pieces tied to the Carnal Serpent. Luke Cage and Silver Sable share the spotlight, with Boneyard and Alexis Primo continuing from the series' supporting cast. No first appearances or origins of consequence occur; the issue's interest is as a crossover component and as a late number in a title Marvel cut short of its planned length.
