Tales of Suspense #52 (Marvel, cover-dated April 1964) is the first appearance of Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow, introduced by writer Stan Lee and artist Don Heck as a Soviet operative sent to manipulate the Crimson Dynamo, Anton Vanko, against Iron Man.
