Copies circulate steadily on eBay and through mail-order dealers at or slightly above cover price in high grade, with no meaningful spread between Near Mint and Very Fine because supply comfortably exceeds demand. Certified examples are effectively absent from the census, which means a slabbed 9.8 is scarce on paper but not scarce in a way the market rewards; the cost of certification exceeds any premium the book commands, so a graded copy prices off submission economics rather than off collector competition.
