Marvel Two-In-One #70 (December 1980) pairs Ben Grimm, the ever-lovin' Thing, with his usual Fantastic Four castmates against the minor villain duo Live-Wire and Shellshock. By this point in its run, Marvel Two-In-One had settled into a reliable formula of rotating guest stars for the Thing, and an issue that reunites him with Reed Richards, Sue Richards, and Johnny Storm functions more as an in-house FF story than a true team-up with an outside character.
