Marvel Team-Up #145 is a late-run issue of Marvel's long-running Spider-Man team-up anthology title, cover dated September 1984. The issue pairs Spider-Man with a supporting cast drawn from the Iron Man corner of the Marvel Universe, including the villain Whiplash (Marcus Scarlotti) and Jim Rhodes associate Morley Erwin.
