Marvel Spotlight #3 (Vol. 2) is a late Bronze Age solo vehicle for Marvel's Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell), written by Doug Moench with art by Pat Broderick and inks by Gene Day, under a cover by Al Milgrom. The issue features the cosmic entity Eon, a figure tied to Captain Marvel's ongoing cosmic-awareness storyline, and brings in guest appearances from X-Men and Inhumans cast members including Cyclops, Iceman, Beast, Colossus, Banshee, Black Bolt, and Gorgon, giving the book some crossover interest beyond a straight Captain Marvel readership.
