An ink mark or signature appears near the top right of the logo. Spine area is largely obscured by the sleeve but visible creasing suggests multiple stress lines; interior and back cover were not assessed.

Journey Into Mystery #104 arrived in the spring of 1964 as part of the Lee-Kirby Thor run that was rapidly establishing Marvel's version of Norse mythology as ongoing superhero continuity.
