// Condition analysis
Cover shows strong color and gloss with sharp corners and no visible creases or spine stress; a very faint bend is visible near the lower right corner but does not break color. Edges appear clean with only minor handling wear, and the book is protected in a plastic sleeve which may be masking minor surface abrasion. Interior pages and back cover were not assessed, so grade reflects front cover appearance only.

Avengers West Coast Annual #7 (1992) was one of three interlocking annuals — alongside Avengers Annual #21 and Fantastic Four Annual #25 — that made up the "Citizen Kang" storyline, a sprawling recap and reworking of Kang the Conqueror's convoluted history and his connections to Rama-Tut and Immortus. Written by Roy Thomas, the architect of much of Kang's Silver and Bronze Age continuity, the annual serves primarily as a continuity-organizing piece rather than a book built around a single landmark first appearance or death.
Market data reflects a book with negligible collector demand outside of continuity-focused Avengers and Kang completists. The certified population is small, sales are infrequent, and pricing across the graded spectrum stays in single and low double digits even at the top of the census, with no 9.8 yet certified. This pattern is typical of early-1990s direct-market annuals that were overprinted relative to actual reader interest and have seen little speculative attention since.
This is a book collected mainly by Kang and West Coast Avengers completists filling out crossover runs, rather than pursued as a standalone investment piece. Raw copies in low and mid grade trade for pocket change and are widely available in back-issue bins and bulk lots. High-grade certified copies see occasional interest from registry builders chasing census-top slots in an otherwise thin population, but liquidity at any grade remains limited.
