The book appears to be in a protective sleeve, and interior pages and back cover were not assessed.

Avengers #323 (September 1990) continues "The Terminatrix Objective," the multi-issue arc scripted by Fabian Nicieza with pencils by Mark Bagley, entangling the team with Kang the Conqueror, Immortus, and the mysterious time-displaced Terminatrix, who is revealed to be tied to team member Rita DeMara, the second Yellowjacket. Whatever interest it draws comes from Avengers completists filling out the Terminatrix Objective arc or Bagley art collectors tracking his output just before his defining Spider-Man run.

Expect this issue to trade as a bulk or reading-copy book in most transactions, with raw copies changing hands cheaply in multi-book lots or dollar bins. Graded submissions are uncommon and largely a function of a collector completing a signature-series or slab run rather than any independent market pull; a pristine CGC 9.8 example can still command a modest premium purely on grade scarcity, but this is a title-completion and nostalgia purchase rather than an investment-grade key.
