Hell's Angel #5, cover-dated November 1992, closes the short-lived Marvel UK series built around Shevaun Haldane, created by writer Bernie Jaye and artist Geoff Senior. Jaye scripts "Judgement Day," with Senior penciling and inking alongside Martin Griffiths and a cover by Bryan Hitch; the story strands the heroine and the X-Men inside a matrix-microverse threatened by the Encoders before her armor returns them home. The issue's lasting interest is bibliographic: objections from the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club over the trademarked name ended the title here, and the character continued from January 1993 as Dark Angel, making this the last book to carry the original logo and part of the wider Mys-Tech/Genesis 1992 line that also produced Death's Head II, Warheads, and Motormouth.

Commercially the book sits in the deep end of the early-1990s Marvel UK glut. Print runs were large, survival in high grade is common, and demand is concentrated almost entirely on issue #1 as the first appearance and origin, which is the only number in the run that sees meaningful certified activity. Issue #5 trades as dealer inventory rather than at auction: it appears on want lists and in complete five-issue lots priced barely above the sum of the cover prices, and there is no established secondary market for it in mid or low grade. The X-Men guest appearance and the Hitch cover add browsing appeal without producing a price premium.

Buyers are Marvel UK completists assembling the Mys-Tech corner of the line, Dark Angel and Captain Britain Corps followers who want the character's original run intact, and Bryan Hitch cover collectors working backward from his later career. Practically, the book moves as part of a run rather than singly, and grade has little bearing on outcome below Near Mint, since supply of clean copies is ample. Certification is discretionary and rarely economic here; a slabbed high-grade example draws its value from the cost and scarcity of anyone having bothered, not from underlying demand, and should be approached as a shelf-completion purchase rather than a market position.
