Cover shows sharp corners and strong gloss with no visible creases or spine stress; the polybag makes fine surface texture hard to fully assess, and slight glare across the upper portion may be hiding minor handling wear. Colors appear vibrant with no fading, and edges look clean with no chipping visible. Interior and back cover were not assessed due to the bag and single-photo view, so grade is capped conservatively despite the strong front-cover appearance.

Death's Head II #4 closes the four-issue 1992 Marvel UK limited series by Dan Abnett and Liam Sharp, wrapping the "Wild Hunt" storyline in which the mechanoid bounty hunter's successor is pursued through the Marvel Universe after absorbing the original Death's Head. Sharp pencils and co-inks with Andy Lanning over Helen Stone's colors, and the issue trades on guest appearances rather than new introductions: Captain America, Doctor Strange, the Punisher, Daredevil, Mr. Fantastic, the Scarlet Witch and the Rhino turn up alongside Evelyn Necker and Charnel, the villain introduced earlier in the run. The book sits at the center of Marvel UK's early-1990s export push, a program that briefly made this title one of the imprint's best-selling properties on both sides of the Atlantic.

Market behavior reflects the print run rather than the content. Copies were produced in quantity for a speculative market and were widely bagged and stored, so surviving high-grade examples are common and raw sales cluster in low single digits, with complete #1-4 sets moving more readily than individual issues. Certified activity is minimal, and the census is small enough that a graded example depends on finding one of the few Marvel UK completists active at any given moment. What demand exists is driven by Sharp's early artwork, the Abnett/Lanning partnership that later carried Marvel's cosmic line, and periodic interest whenever the character resurfaces in animation, games or toy lines.

Buyers are Marvel UK specialists, Abnett/Lanning and Liam Sharp followers, and set builders assembling the mini alongside the 1988 Death's Head solo book, which remains the far stronger commercial target. Across grades the spread is compressed: low-grade copies are essentially filler, mid-grade copies price like any 1990s bin book, and only the top of the grading scale separates itself, and then modestly. This is a run-completion issue rather than a value driver, best acquired as part of the full mini and best sold the same way.
